tomorrow's valentine's day. the dangwa streets started to flood with people since yesterday. and later tonight, there'll be more.
i see kids... um, teenagers/students.. i imagine them handing them to their crushes. being opportunistic.
and i see the more mature ones... and i think maybe it has been a yearly routine that they give their significant other flowers and chocolates. haha... i think, maybe ralph is looking for the best there is right now... worrying again if jaq would love em.. haha 8 years na sila but i assume jaq still is excited and kilig to see and hold em just like last year. and the other year.. and the other other year, when she got disappointed because she didn't find the flowers nice... haha, nakakatawa, told her, 'didn't you realize, at least you have flowers?' she realized last year, they were expensive pala... so pretty much, she won't complain anymore...
and what makes me smile is seeing those men (with hair starting to silver... or silvered). haha... yeah, i see them in their office/hospital attire, looking for flowers... i saw doc with flowers and i imagine him giving it to doctora.. haha.. aliw, they've three kids.. and have been together for yeaaarrrss. and still there's still the effort to make their wives smile.. and show love or perhaps gratitude for the years together...
wala lang, i know, for some, valentine's day is corny. just like anniversaries... pero it makes me smile that they rather be corny and take the opportune time to express whatever... =)
